Haven't done any updates recently, but we have been busy with the opening and the official website. We opened on March 16th, 2008, which the monks claimed was an good day for the opening. I guess it has been good cause we did over 132k in sales this month. Now for those damn expenses.
There are still many things we would like to do and improve:
- Blinds on the main window
- More "everyday spa" window stickers
- A graphic that ties the windows together
- Our sign on the main entrance and a 'Japaneses flag'
- Promotional posters
- Small speakers or better sound system
We also have started the member card promotion.
So not we fine tune the operation. We have had a very good response so far, and more people are becoming aware of the spa. We will start to find ways to let hotels and residents in the area know about our spa.
We also talked about the idea that to set ourselves apart and be a good spa, we need to provide all around wellness, wellbeing and health information. For this we will have to develop our product mix and provide information and education.
